Wooden Gaze Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns for items purchased directly from Wooden Gaze.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please visit our Return Center. Follow the instructions to submit your return request.

Ensure that you include all necessary information, such as your order number, contact details, and reason for the return.

3. Timeframe for Returns

3.1 Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.

3.2 Approval Process

After we receive your return request and it is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.

4. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

4.2 Refund Application

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 days.

5. Cancellations

5.1 Order Turnaround

We have a 10-14 business days turnaround time. Some prescription glasses may take longer due to customization.

5.2 Cancellation Policy

If you would like to cancel your prescription glasses order, you have 24 hours to cancel. A 50% cancellation fee for prescription lenses will be charged once the order has been submitted to the lab. Please email us to cancel your order.

Wooden Gaze is not responsible for lost packages after delivery.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, you will need to return the original item and place a new order.

7. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for paying your shipping costs for returning the item.
